Transportation is important for our members to access essential services like medical care and grocery shopping, and to participate in daily community activities. It helps prevent isolation and maintain long-term care. While many members rely on family and friends for transportation, others need community resources as this service is often their only link to the outside world.
At Embrace Life, we prioritize safe transportation for our members and their loved ones or guardians.
To ensure safety, all our transportation providers must:
Pass all driving courses.
Possess a valid AZ Driver's License.
Maintain a clean driving record.
Comprehend all vehicle safety features, including but not limited to:
Seat belt safety.
Air conditioning and heating.
Proper use of all mirrors before making turns.
Adherence to required member-to-provider ratios during transit.
No cell phone usage while driving.
Maintaining a clean vehicle.
